Hello, my name is Shannon Floyd and I am so excited for this school year! I teach 6th grade Socia lStudies and am also the Student Council sponsor. I love what I do and realize every day just how fortunate I am to work here. I have been teaching at Austin Middle School since 2016. In my free time, I enjoy my family, the beach, and playing with our two crazy cat brothers and one dog (that was actually found here at AMS!)
